Eleven to One !!

Eleven to One?  No,  this isn’t a suggested training time-slot for the weekends!!  It’s an easy way to visualize body positions.  We’ll be doing a lot of the stroke breakdown drills in this short video over the coming weeks.

PS: Observe how the heels stay rested on the stretcher until and including half slides.
